We are looking for an experienced, business-driven and creative customer manager for our office in Gothenburg. As Head of Creative Sales, you are responsible for establishing, maintaining and further developing business opportunities in existing and new target groups. You can understand what’s required, identify potential customers and create opportunities for new assignments. Together with our creators, you are involved in pitch work and customer presentations. In most cases, you do not work operationally in the projects, but you are always involved in the process of developing clients. You become part of a dynamic and creative enterprise with experienced film makers, producers, directors, and project managers. We’re looking for people with solid experience of sales and/or marketing work from the film/advertising/communications industry and an extensive business network.
You are used to contacting new customers and building long-term relationships. You are well organised, but at the same time you understand that creativity is an important aspect when it comes to film production. You are passionate about finding new solutions, making you an important part of Oddway’s continued business development.
