Project Pluto

Stena Line wants to create greater understanding of their customers’ needs in order to be able to deliver an even better customer experience. This requires a partly new way of working where you have to get closer to the customers, analyze their buying patterns even more deeply in order to create tailor-made offers.

The purpose with the film was to inspire the Stena Line employees, to make them understand that more insights will open up for a better customer experience. And at the same time get a feeling of that the future is already here.
